🍲 Lentil Stew with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 200 g lentils
- 2 Stück carrots
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL cumin
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot.
- 2. Sauté chopped onion and garlic.
- 3. Add diced carrots and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add lentils and broth and bring to a boil.
- 5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 25 minutes.
- 6. Add tomatoes and cumin and serve.
