Ingredients
- 150g Couscous
- 100g Green Lentils
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 Bell Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook the lentils in water until soft.
- 2. Chop onion and garlic.
- 3. Dice the bell pepper.
- 4. Sauté the onion in a large pot.
- 5. Add garlic and bell pepper and sauté briefly.
- 6. Add couscous and lentils, pour in vegetable broth.
