🍝 Lentil Bolognese with Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 150 g green lentils
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 Stange celery
- 2 EL tomato paste
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL basil
- 1 TL oregano
Instructions
- 1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions al dente.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, carrot, and celery.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables.
- 4. Add tomato paste and sauté for a short time.
- 5. Add lentils and vegetable broth, simmer for about 20 minutes.
- 6. Season with basil and oregano and serve with spaghetti.
