  6. 6. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.

  8. 8. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about one hour.
  9. 9. Wait until the dough volume has doubled.
  10. 10. Cut the onions in half lengthwise.
  11. 11. Remove the outer skin and dice the onions into small cubes.
  12. 12. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the onion cubes over medium heat for three minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the pan from the heat and let the onions cool down.
  15. 15. Sprinkle some flour on a work surface.
  16. 16. Take out the dough and knead it briefly.
