  3. 3. Place the chopped dates, plums, and figs in a separate bowl so they do not mix with the apricots.
  4. 4. Chop the almonds finely.
  5. 5. Chop the pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds finely.
  6. 6. Place the chopped seeds in a separate bowl, separated from the almonds.
  7. 7. Wash the orange thoroughly.
  8. 8. Grate about one teaspoon of the orange peel finely.
  9. 9. Take a bowl and mix the apricot pieces, 40 grams of the chopped almonds, and the orange zest well together.
  10. 10. Shape this mixture into 10 to 12 small balls.
  11. 11. Roll these balls in the remaining chopped almonds until they are completely covered.
  12. 12. Take a second bowl and mix the fruit mixture (dates, plums, figs) with 40 grams of the mixed seeds.
  13. 13. Form small balls from this second mixture as well.
  14. 14. Roll these second balls in the remaining leftover seeds.
  15. 15. Serve the dried fruit pralines immediately or store them in a cool and dry place.
