Ingredients
- Soft dried pitted apricots 200 g
- Soft dried pitted dates 100 g
- Soft dried figs 50 g
- Dried plums 50 g
- Whole almonds 60 g
- Pine nuts 10 g
- Pumpkin seeds 30 g
- Sunflower seeds 20 g
- Oranges 1 pc
Instructions
- 1. Cut the apricots into small pieces.
- 2. Finely chop the dates, plums, and figs.
- 3. Place the chopped dates, plums, and figs in a separate bowl so they do not mix with the apricots.
- 4. Chop the almonds finely.
- 5. Chop the pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds finely.
- 6. Place the chopped seeds in a separate bowl, separated from the almonds.
- 7. Wash the orange thoroughly.
- 8. Grate about one teaspoon of the orange peel finely.
- 9. Take a bowl and mix the apricot pieces, 40 grams of the chopped almonds, and the orange zest well together.
- 10. Shape this mixture into 10 to 12 small balls.
- 11. Roll these balls in the remaining chopped almonds until they are completely covered.
- 12. Take a second bowl and mix the fruit mixture (dates, plums, figs) with 40 grams of the mixed seeds.
- 13. Form small balls from this second mixture as well.
- 14. Roll these second balls in the remaining leftover seeds.
- 15. Serve the dried fruit pralines immediately or store them in a cool and dry place.
