🍰 Double Chocolate Mousse in a Glass

Ingredients
- sugar 4 tbsp
- whipping cream 500 ml
- white mousse au chocolate 350 g
- classic mousse au chocolat with chocolate 350 g
- raspberries, fresh 250 g
- honey 1 tbsp
- truffles with orange flavor coated in white chocolate 4 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Put the sugar into a pan.
- 2. Turn the heat to medium.
- 3. Let the sugar melt for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Wait until the sugar turns light brown and caramelizes.
- 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 6. Pour the liquid caramel thinly onto the tray.
- 7. Let the caramel cool down completely.
- 8. Put the cream into a bowl.
- 9. Whip the cream stiffly using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
- 10. Divide the whipped cream into two equal bowls.
- 11. Add the white chocolate to the first bowl.
- 12. Add the dark chocolate to the second bowl.
- 13. Gently fold the white chocolate into the cream.
- 14. Gently fold the dark chocolate into the cream.
- 15. Wash the raspberries thoroughly.
- 16. Set aside a small handful of raspberries for decoration.
- 17. Put the remaining raspberries into a tall container.
- 18. Add the honey to the raspberries.
- 19. Puree the raspberries with the honey until smooth.
- 20. Layer the white mousse, dark mousse, and raspberry puree into glasses as you like.
- 21. Break the cooled caramel into small pieces.
- 22. Garnish the desserts with the caramel pieces.
- 23. Garnish the desserts additionally with chocolate truffles.
- 24. Serve the glasses and enjoy them.
