  1. 1. Peel the pistachios. Finely chop the nuts separately. Thinly trim the rind from the blue cheese, place the cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Grate the Parmesan into another bowl.
  2. 2. Divide 150 g cream cheese into two bowls. Stir 150 g grated Parmesan into one of the bowls. Then add blue cheese, 50 g grated Parmesan, white wine, and 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts.
  3. 3. Roll the Parmesan balls in the pistachios, roll the blue cheese balls in the chopped walnuts, and place them on a plate covered and chill. To serve, place the two types of cheese truffles in candy cups. Enjoy your meal!
