🍽️ Two Types of Cheese Truffles

Ingredients
- pistachios 60 g
- walnut kernels 75 g
- blue cheese 150 g
- Parmesan 200 g
- cream cheese, plain 300 g
- dry white wine 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pistachios. Finely chop the nuts separately. Thinly trim the rind from the blue cheese, place the cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Grate the Parmesan into another bowl.
- 2. Divide 150 g cream cheese into two bowls. Stir 150 g grated Parmesan into one of the bowls. Then add blue cheese, 50 g grated Parmesan, white wine, and 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts.
- 3. Roll the Parmesan balls in the pistachios, roll the blue cheese balls in the chopped walnuts, and place them on a plate covered and chill. To serve, place the two types of cheese truffles in candy cups.
