🍽️ Double Pea Salad with Serrano Ham

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Peas, frozen 300 g
- Sugar snap peas 300 g
- Arugula 100 g
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Sweet mustard 1 tsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Serrano ham 100 g
- Parmesan 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Bring two liters of salted water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Add frozen peas and snow peas to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the vegetables for about two minutes.
- 4. Pour the vegetables into a colander and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 5. Wash the arugula in the same colander.
- 6. Whisk one teaspoon of mustard and one teaspoon of sweet mustard in a bowl.
- 7. Add two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and stir well.
- 8. Slowly add three tablespoons of olive oil and whisk the mixture.
- 9. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Toss the drained peas, snow peas, and arugula with the dressing.
- 11. Spread the salad on a large platter.
- 12. Place slices of Serrano ham over the salad.
- 13. Shave Parmesan cheese finely over the salad using a vegetable peeler.
