Ingredients
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Icing sugar 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. Separate the egg. Use only the egg white for the icing and save the yolk for another use.
- 3. Place the egg white in a bowl.
- 4. Whip the egg white stiff using a hand mixer and whisk.
- 5. Stir in the powdered sugar gradually.
- 6. Add the lemon juice and mix everything well.
- 7. Decorate the cookies immediately with the icing.
- 8. Let the icing dry.
- 9. Serve the cookies.
