🍰 Sugar-free Frozen Yoghurt with Berries

Ingredients
- yogurt, plain 400 g
- mint, fresh 5 g
- raspberries, fresh 100 g
- blueberries, fresh 100 g
- strawberries 100 g
- milk 50 ml
Instructions
- 1. Pour the yoghurt into a suitable container.
- 2. Store the container in the freezer for at least 6 hours until the yoghurt is frozen.
- 3. Wash the mint under running water.
- 4. Shake the mint dry.
- 5. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 6. Wash the berries thoroughly.
- 7. Remove the green stems or leaves from the berries.
- 8. Take the frozen yoghurt mixture out of the container.
- 9. Cut the frozen yoghurt into coarse cubes.
- 10. Place the yoghurt cubes into the mixing container.
- 11. Add the milk.
- 12. Mix the ingredients for approx. 20 seconds on speed 6.
- 13. Distribute the finished frozen yoghurt onto small bowls.
- 14. Decorate the bowls with the mint leaves and the berries.
- 15. Serve the yoghurt immediately.
