  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan). In a bowl, knead quark, flour, 1 egg, salt, and 3 tablespoons of oil into a dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate.
  2. 2. Wash the zucchini thoroughly, trim the ends, and coarsely grate them. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely. Peel and chop the garlic. Crumble the feta with your hands.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and sauté the zucchini with onion and garlic for about 4 minutes. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Let it cool down afterward.
  4. 4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a round shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5. In a bowl, mix the remaining eggs with the sour cream and fold in the zucchini mixture. Pour the filling onto the dough, leaving about 5 cm space around the edges. Fold the edges of the dough slightly over the filling. Sprinkle the feta over the zucchini mixture.
  6. 6. Bake the zucchini pie with feta in the oven for about 35–40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly, then serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy your meal!
