  2. 2. Peel off the skin from the tomatoes and chop them roughly.
  3. 3. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  5. 5. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and remove the thick stems.
  6. 6. Chop the parsley finely.
  7. 7. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and grate it coarsely.
  8. 8. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces with your hands.
  9. 9. Add the zucchini, half of the onions, the parsley, the feta, and the flour to a bowl.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Shape the zucchini mixture into patties with a diameter of about 5 cm.
  12. 12. Set the patties aside.
  13. 13. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot over high heat.
  14. 14. Sauté the remaining onions and garlic for about 2 minutes.
  15. 15. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste and cook them for about 2 minutes.
  16. 16. Season the sauce with chili, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  17. 17. Pour in the vegetable broth.
  18. 18. Simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes.
  19. 19. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
  20. 20. Fry the zucchini patties for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
