🍲 Zucchini Cream Soup

Ingredients
- vegetable broth 500 ml
- onions, yellow 2 pcs
- garlic cloves 1 pcs
- zucchini 4 pcs
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cream cheese, plain 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable broth in a pot. Halve and peel the onions and garlic, then place them in the mixing container. Crush them using the Turbo function for 4 seconds with the measuring cup attached. Afterwards, use a spatula to push the mixture down the inner wall of the mixing container.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the zucchini, trim the ends, chop into coarse cubes, and add them to the mixing container along with the hot vegetable broth, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 2 pinches of pepper. Cook with the measuring cup attached for 15 minutes at level 1 at 90 °C.
- 3. Add the cream cheese to the soup and puree it step-by-step from level 3 to 8 for 1 minute with the measuring cup attached. Then, season to taste with salt and pepper again and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
