  1. 1. Heat the vegetable broth in a pot. Halve and peel the onions and garlic, then place them in the mixing container. Crush them using the Turbo function for 4 seconds with the measuring cup attached. Afterwards, use a spatula to push the mixture down the inner wall of the mixing container.
  2. 2. Thoroughly wash the zucchini, trim the ends, chop into coarse cubes, and add them to the mixing container along with the hot vegetable broth, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 2 pinches of pepper. Cook with the measuring cup attached for 15 minutes at level 1 at 90 °C.
  3. 3. Add the cream cheese to the soup and puree it step-by-step from level 3 to 8 for 1 minute with the measuring cup attached. Then, season to taste with salt and pepper again and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
