🍽️ Fresh Zucchini Rolls with Feta Cream

Ingredients
- olives, green 50 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc
- feta 200 g
- oregano, dried 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- zucchini 2 pc
- salt pinch
- olive oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Take the olives out of the jar and chop them roughly.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 3. Put the feta into a bowl and mash it roughly with a fork.
- 4. Add the chopped garlic and the olives to the feta.
- 5. Sprinkle some oregano over it and mix everything well.
- 6. Season the feta mixture with black pepper to taste.
- 7. Wash the zucchini thoroughly under running water.
- 8. Cut off the hard ends on both sides of the zucchini.
- 9. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin, long slices.
- 10. Take half of the zucchini slices and lay them on a board.
- 11. Distribute the feta filling evenly over these slices.
- 12. Take the remaining zucchini slices and place them on top.
- 13. Press the rolls slightly so they hold together.
- 14. Season the outer zucchini sides with salt and pepper.
- 15. Lightly oil an aluminum grill pan.
- 16. Place the zucchini rolls in the hot pan.
- 17. Grill the rolls for about four minutes on the first side.
- 18. Turn the rolls carefully so they do not fall apart.
- 19. Grill the other side for another four minutes as well.
- 20. Remove the pan from the heat and season the rolls once more with salt and pepper.
- 21. Serve the zucchini rolls warm and enjoy them.
