  1. 1. Take the olives out of the jar and chop them roughly.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
  3. 3. Put the feta into a bowl and mash it roughly with a fork.
  4. 4. Add the chopped garlic and the olives to the feta.
  5. 5. Sprinkle some oregano over it and mix everything well.
  6. 6. Season the feta mixture with black pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Wash the zucchini thoroughly under running water.
  8. 8. Cut off the hard ends on both sides of the zucchini.
  9. 9. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin, long slices.
  10. 10. Take half of the zucchini slices and lay them on a board.
  11. 11. Distribute the feta filling evenly over these slices.
  12. 12. Take the remaining zucchini slices and place them on top.
  13. 13. Press the rolls slightly so they hold together.
  14. 14. Season the outer zucchini sides with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Lightly oil an aluminum grill pan.
  16. 16. Place the zucchini rolls in the hot pan.
  17. 17. Grill the rolls for about four minutes on the first side.
  18. 18. Turn the rolls carefully so they do not fall apart.
  19. 19. Grill the other side for another four minutes as well.
  20. 20. Remove the pan from the heat and season the rolls once more with salt and pepper.
  21. 21. Serve the zucchini rolls warm and enjoy them.
