  4. 4. Mix butter, powdered sugar, salt, three egg yolks, and flour in a bowl to form a dough.
  5. 5. Dust the work surface with flour.
  6. 6. Roll out the dough on the floured surface.
  7. 7. Grease the tart pan.
  8. 8. Line the greased tart pan with the dough.
  9. 9. Ensure the dough forms a border of about three centimeters high.
  10. 10. Prick the tart base several times with a fork.
  11. 11. Cover the base with baking paper.
  12. 12. Weigh down the baking paper with dried peas or lentils.
  13. 13. Bake the base in the oven for about ten minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the base when it is golden brown.
  15. 15. Wash the lemon under hot water.
  16. 16. Zest about one teaspoon of lemon peel.
  17. 17. Halve the lemon.
  18. 18. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  19. 19. Put six tablespoons of milk into a bowl.
  20. 20. Mix the milk with sugar and vanilla pudding powder.
