🥤 Lemon Sparkling Wine with Strawberries

Ingredients
- Sugar 100 g
- Water 100 ml
- Lemons 1 pcs
- Strawberries 250 g
- Sekt, dry 800 ml
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring sugar and water to a boil for about 4 minutes until the sugar dissolves completely and a syrup forms. Rinse the lemon in hot water, finely grate about 1 tsp of zest, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. Add the lemon zest and 75 ml of lemon juice to the syrup and allow it to cool.
- 3. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and quarter them. Add them to the syrup and refrigerate until serving. Pour into glasses and top with sparkling wine. Serve the lemon sparkling wine with strawberries well chilled.
