  1. 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly with hot water, grate about 1 tsp of the zest finely, then halve it and squeeze out the juice. Rinse the mint, shake it dry, separate the leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the lemon zest, 3 tbsp lemon juice and the chopped mint with oil. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, marinate and grill fish, poultry or vegetables in it. Enjoy your meal! Tip: The lemon-mint marinade also works excellently as a dressing.
