🍽️ Lemon-Mint Marinade

Ingredients
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Mint, fresh 10 g
- Sunflower oil 6 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly with hot water, grate about 1 tsp of the zest finely, then halve it and squeeze out the juice. Rinse the mint, shake it dry, separate the leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the lemon zest, 3 tbsp lemon juice and the chopped mint with oil. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, marinate and grill fish, poultry or vegetables in it. Enjoy your meal! Tip: The lemon-mint marinade also works excellently as a dressing.
