🍳 Homemade Lemon-Ginger Jam

Ingredients
- Organic lemons 6 pcs
- Ginger, fresh 25 g
- Jam sugar 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the organic lemons under hot water.
- 2. Grate about 4 to 5 tablespoons of the zest finely.
- 3. Peel the lemons and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Peel the ginger and dice it into small pieces as well.
- 5. Place the ginger, lemon zest, and fruit flesh into a cooking pot.
- 6. Mix the ingredients with the jam sugar.
- 7. Heat the mixture on medium heat until it boils.
- 8. Let the jam bubble and cook for about 4 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 9. Puree the cooked mixture using a hand blender or a fork.
- 10. Immediately fill the hot jam into jars that have been rinsed with hot water.
- 11. Seal the jars tightly and let them cool down.
