🥤 Fresh Lemon Gin Tonic

Ingredients
- Organic Lemons 1 pc.
- Mini Cucumbers 1 pc.
- Gin 20 ml
- Ice Cubes 3 tbsp
- Tonic Water 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly under hot water.
- 2. Peel a strip of zest from the lemon using a vegetable peeler.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves.
- 5. Wash the cucumber.
- 6. Peel the cucumber into thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
- 7. Thread the cucumber strips onto a skewer if you like.
- 8. Pour the gin into a long drink glass.
- 9. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 10. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- 11. Top up the drink with chilled tonic water.
- 12. Add the lemon zest and the cucumber skewer to the glass.
- 13. Serve the lemon gin tonic.
