Ingredients
- rosemary, fresh 15 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- olive oil 750 ml
- chili, ground 0.25 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rosemary under running water.
- 2. Shake the rosemary dry.
- 3. Strip the needles from the rosemary stems.
- 4. Finely chop the rosemary needles.
- 5. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 6. Grate about one teaspoon of lemon zest.
- 7. Cut the lemon in half.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 9. Place all ingredients in a bowl.
- 10. Mix the marinade ingredients well.
- 11. Place the chicken wings in the marinade.
- 12. Let the wings marinate for at least one hour.
- 13. Continue processing the wings after marinating.
