  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection). Cut the butter into cubes and quickly mix it in a bowl with almonds, flour, powdered sugar, salt, and 1 tsp cinnamon to form a smooth dough.
  2. 2. Divide the dough into about 45 portions and shape each portion between your hands into a small strand. Then place the shaped crescents in a crescent shape on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  3. 3. Bake the sheets one after the other in the oven for approx. 10–12 minutes, until they are crispy.
  4. 4. Meanwhile, prepare a mixture of sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Let the cinnamon crescents cool briefly on the sheet, toss them while still warm in the cinnamon sugar mixture, and let them cool completely on a cake rack. Enjoy!
