🍰 Cinnamon Crescents

Ingredients
- butter 175 g
- almonds, ground 100 g
- wheat flour, type 405 200 g
- powdered sugar 80 g
- salt pinch
- cinnamon 2 tsp
- sugar 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection). Cut the butter into cubes and quickly mix it in a bowl with almonds, flour, powdered sugar, salt, and 1 tsp cinnamon to form a smooth dough.
- 2. Divide the dough into about 45 portions and shape each portion between your hands into a small strand. Then place the shaped crescents in a crescent shape on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- 3. Bake the sheets one after the other in the oven for approx. 10–12 minutes, until they are crispy.
- 4. Meanwhile, prepare a mixture of sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Let the cinnamon crescents cool briefly on the sheet, toss them while still warm in the cinnamon sugar mixture, and let them cool completely on a cake rack. Enjoy!
