🍽️ Cinnamon Kebabs with Cucumber Salad and Garlic Dip

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- onions, yellow 1 pcs.
- ground beef 600 g
- eggs 1 pcs.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- paprika, sweet 2 tsp
- cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- salad cucumbers 1 pcs.
- dill, fresh 20 g
- lemons 1 pcs.
- yogurt, plain 150 g
- mustard 1 tsp
- oil 4 tbsp
- sugar pinch
- sour cream 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 2. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
- 3. Place the minced meat in a bowl.
- 4. Add half of the chopped garlic and the diced onion.
- 5. Add an egg, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 0.25 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- 6. Knead the mixture thoroughly.
- 7. Divide the meat into 8 equal portions.
- 8. Firmly shape each portion around a skewer.
- 9. Place the skewers in the refrigerator.
- 10. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 11. Slice the cucumber into very thin slices.
- 12. Place the slices in a sieve and salt them lightly.
- 13. Let the cucumbers drain for about 15 minutes.
- 14. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
- 15. Remove the coarse stems from the dill.
- 16. Finely chop the dill.
- 17. Wash the lemon.
- 18. Grate about 1 teaspoon of lemon zest.
- 19. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- 20. Place 3 tablespoons of yogurt in a bowl.
- 21. Add mustard, lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of oil.
- 22. Mix the ingredients well.
- 23. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 24. Squeeze the drained cucumbers lightly.
- 25. Mix the cucumbers with the dressing.
- 26. Fold in the chopped dill.
- 27. Place sour cream and the remaining yogurt in another bowl.
- 28. Stir in the garlic and lemon zest.
- 29. Season the dip with salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika, sugar, and lemon juice.
- 30. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
- 31. Fry the cinnamon kebabs for about 3 minutes over high heat.
- 32. Reduce the heat.
- 33. Let the kebabs rest covered for about 5 minutes.
- 34. Plate the cinnamon kebabs.
- 35. Serve them together with the cucumber salad and garlic dip.
