  2. 2. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
  3. 3. Place the minced meat in a bowl.
  4. 4. Add half of the chopped garlic and the diced onion.
  5. 5. Add an egg, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 0.25 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  6. 6. Knead the mixture thoroughly.
  7. 7. Divide the meat into 8 equal portions.
  8. 8. Firmly shape each portion around a skewer.
  9. 9. Place the skewers in the refrigerator.
  10. 10. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
  11. 11. Slice the cucumber into very thin slices.
  12. 12. Place the slices in a sieve and salt them lightly.
  13. 13. Let the cucumbers drain for about 15 minutes.
  14. 14. Wash the dill and shake it dry.
  15. 15. Remove the coarse stems from the dill.

  18. 18. Grate about 1 teaspoon of lemon zest.
  19. 19. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.

  21. 21. Add mustard, lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of oil.

  24. 24. Squeeze the drained cucumbers lightly.
  25. 25. Mix the cucumbers with the dressing.
  26. 26. Fold in the chopped dill.
  27. 27. Place sour cream and the remaining yogurt in another bowl.
  28. 28. Stir in the garlic and lemon zest.
  29. 29. Season the dip with salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika, sugar, and lemon juice.
  30. 30. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
  31. 31. Fry the cinnamon kebabs for about 3 minutes over high heat.

  33. 33. Let the kebabs rest covered for about 5 minutes.
