🥤 Cinnamon Coffee Spoons

Ingredients
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Butter 80 g
- Wheat flour, Type 405 170 g
- Salt pinch
- Powdered sugar 60 g
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- Chocolate, dark 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Separate the eggs and save the egg whites for another purpose.
- 3. Place butter, flour, salt, powdered sugar, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, and the egg yolks in a bowl.
- 4. Mix the ingredients well with a hand mixer and dough hooks until the dough is well combined.
- 5. Wrap the dough in cling film.
- 6. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about two hours.
- 7. Lightly flour a work surface.
- 8. Roll out the dough in portions on the floured surface using a rolling pin.
- 9. Roll the dough to a thickness of about five millimeters.
- 10. Place a coffee spoon on the dough.
- 11. Cut out the shape of the spoon from the dough.
- 12. Place the cut-out spoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 13. Bake the spoons in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 14. Remove the spoons when they are golden yellow.
- 15. Pour about 500 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 16. Bring the water to a boil.
- 17. Chop the chocolate roughly.
- 18. Place a metal bowl with the chocolate over the hot water.
- 19. Let the chocolate melt in the hot water bath.
- 20. Season the melted chocolate with cinnamon to taste.
- 21. Dip the baked spoon cookies into the chocolate.
- 22. Let the excess chocolate drip off the spoons.
- 23. Place the spoons on baking paper.
- 24. Let the chocolate set.
- 25. Serve the cinnamon coffee spoons with your coffee.
