  2. 2. Separate the eggs and save the egg whites for another purpose.
  3. 3. Place butter, flour, salt, powdered sugar, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, and the egg yolks in a bowl.
  4. 4. Mix the ingredients well with a hand mixer and dough hooks until the dough is well combined.
  5. 5. Wrap the dough in cling film.
  6. 6. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about two hours.
  7. 7. Lightly flour a work surface.
  8. 8. Roll out the dough in portions on the floured surface using a rolling pin.
  9. 9. Roll the dough to a thickness of about five millimeters.
  10. 10. Place a coffee spoon on the dough.
  11. 11. Cut out the shape of the spoon from the dough.
  12. 12. Place the cut-out spoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  13. 13. Bake the spoons in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the spoons when they are golden yellow.
  15. 15. Pour about 500 milliliters of water into a pot.
