🍰 Crispy Cinnamon Yeast Braid

Ingredients
- butter 6 tbsp
- sugar 3 tbsp
- cinnamon 1 tsp
- yeast dough 1 piece
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Warm a pan over medium heat.
- 3. Melt the butter in the pan.
- 4. Stir the sugar and cinnamon into the melted butter.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 6. Roll out the yeast dough flat.
- 7. Spread the cinnamon-butter mixture evenly over the dough.
- 8. Roll the dough up tightly starting from the long side.
- 9. Cut the dough roll in half lengthwise.
- 10. Twist the two halves together to form a braid.
- 11. Gently press the ends of the braid together.
- 12. Place the braid on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 13. Bake the braid in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 14. Let the braid cool down briefly.
- 15. Enjoy the braid warm or cold.
