  3. 3. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer and the whisk attachment until the mixture is creamy and airy.
  4. 4. Crack the eggs one by one and stir each egg into the butter mixture one after the other.
  5. 5. Add the flour, baking powder, and milk to the batter.
  6. 6. Mix everything with the mixer until you have a smooth and homogeneous batter.
  7. 7. Place paper liners into the compartments of a muffin tin.
  8. 8. Distribute the batter evenly among the paper liners.
  9. 9. Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake the cupcakes for about 30 to 35 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the cupcakes from the oven when they are lightly golden brown.
