🍰 Cinnamon Bliss: Fluffy Cupcakes

Ingredients
- butter 160 g
- sugar 150 g
- salt pinch
- cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- vanilla sugar 8 g
- eggs 2 pcs
- wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- milk 50 ml
- cream cheese, plain 150 g
- powdered sugar 120 g
Instructions
- 1. Turn on your oven and set it to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take a large bowl and add the soft butter, sugar, a pinch of salt, a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon, and the vanilla sugar.
- 3. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer and the whisk attachment until the mixture is creamy and airy.
- 4. Crack the eggs one by one and stir each egg into the butter mixture one after the other.
- 5. Add the flour, baking powder, and milk to the batter.
- 6. Mix everything with the mixer until you have a smooth and homogeneous batter.
- 7. Place paper liners into the compartments of a muffin tin.
- 8. Distribute the batter evenly among the paper liners.
- 9. Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake the cupcakes for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- 10. Remove the cupcakes from the oven when they are lightly golden brown.
- 11. Let the cupcakes cool down completely on a wire rack.
- 12. Take a clean bowl and add the cream cheese, the remaining cinnamon, and the remaining soft butter.
- 13. Beat these ingredients together with the hand mixer until creamy.
- 14. Sift the powdered sugar over the cream.
- 15. Continue to beat the cream while slowly letting the sugar trickle in for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 16. Put the finished cream into a piping bag or use a spoon.
- 17. Spread the cream over the cooled cupcakes.
- 18. Decorate the cupcakes to your liking and enjoy eating them.
