🍳 Goat Cheese Tartlets with Berries

Ingredients
- frozen berry mix 250 g
- puff pastry 1 pc.
- goat cheese log 200 g
- fresh thyme 10 g
- honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Ideally, let the berries thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 3. Roll out the puff pastry flat.
- 4. Slice the goat cheese into rounds about 2 centimeters thick.
- 5. Wash the thyme and shake it dry.
- 6. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 7. Use a glass to cut out circles about 6 centimeters in diameter from the dough.
- 8. Place the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 9. Place a slice of goat cheese in the center of each circle.
- 10. Add one tablespoon of berries on top of the cheese.
- 11. Drizzle a little honey over it.
- 12. Sprinkle a few thyme leaves over it.
- 13. Fold the edge inward at small intervals to create a wavy shape.
- 14. Bake the tartlets in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 15. Let them cool down for a short while.
- 16. Then serve them.
