🍳 Creamy Goat Cheese Dip with Pears and Nuts

Ingredients
- Walnut kernels 100 g
- Spring onions 1 pc.
- Pears 1 pc.
- Dried figs 100 g
- Goat cheese roll 150 g
- Cream cheese, plain 150 g
- Milk 3 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Heat a frying pan over low heat.
- 2. Roast the walnuts in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes without oil, shaking the pan occasionally.
- 3. Remove the roasted walnuts from the pan and set them aside.
- 4. Thoroughly wash the spring onions.
- 5. Cut off the tough ends of the spring onions.
- 6. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 7. Wash the pear.
- 8. Cut the pear in half.
- 9. Remove the core from the pear halves.
- 10. Dice the pear flesh into small cubes.
- 11. Finely chop the dried figs.
- 12. Place the goat cheese into a tall container.
- 13. Crumble the goat cheese with your fingers.
- 14. Add the cream cheese and the milk to the goat cheese.
- 15. Blend the mixture until it is smooth.
- 16. Season the goat cheese cream generously with salt.
- 17. Season the goat cheese cream generously with pepper.
- 18. Mix the seasoned cream with the roasted walnuts.
- 19. Mix the cream with the sliced spring onions.
- 20. Mix the cream with the pear cubes.
- 21. Mix the cream with the chopped figs.
- 22. Place the finished spread onto a plate.
- 23. Drizzle some olive oil over the spread.
- 24. Serve the spread immediately.
