🍳 Goat Cheese Dip with Spicy Pine Nuts

Ingredients
- pine nuts 2 tbsp
- brown sugar 1 tbsp
- chili, ground pinch
- sea salt pinch
- oranges 1 pc.
- goat cheese 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and toast the pine nuts for about 3 minutes without oil. Sprinkle with sugar, chili, and salt, and let caramelize for about 2 minutes. Transfer to parchment paper, let cool, and chop roughly.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the orange, finely grate about 1 tsp of the zest, then cut it in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with the orange zest, orange juice, and spicy pine nuts, and season to taste.
