  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Fill a pot with about 500 milliliters of water and bring it to a boil.
  3. 3. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.
  4. 4. Place a metal bowl over the pot with the hot water.
  5. 5. Add the chocolate pieces and the butter to the metal bowl.
  6. 6. Let the chocolate and butter melt slowly in the hot water bath.
  7. 7. Remove the bowl from the pot and let the chocolate mixture cool down briefly.
  8. 8. Cut the plums into small pieces.
  9. 9. Put the eggs and sugar into a separate bowl.
  10. 10. Whisk the eggs and sugar with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy.
  11. 11. Stir the cooled chocolate-butter mixture into the egg mixture gradually.
  12. 12. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt to the bowl.
  13. 13. Stir all ingredients well until a uniform dough forms.
  14. 14. Fold the chopped plums into the dough.
