  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
  2. 2. Wash the chicken thoroughly and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix curry powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper with one tablespoon of lemon juice and one tablespoon of oil.
  5. 5. Place the chicken in the spice mixture and coat it thoroughly.
  6. 6. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. 7. Fry the chicken for about five minutes, turning it until all sides are golden brown.
  8. 8. Wrap the chicken in aluminum foil.
  9. 9. Place it in the oven for about ten minutes to finish cooking.
  10. 10. Bring water to a boil in a pot or kettle.
  11. 11. Put the couscous into a bowl.
  12. 12. Pour 200 milliliters of boiling water over the couscous.
  13. 13. Cover the bowl and let the couscous swell for about ten minutes.
  14. 14. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  15. 15. Clean the spring onions and remove the root ends.
  16. 16. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  17. 17. Wash the parsley and mint and shake off excess water.
  18. 18. Remove the thick stems from the herbs.
  19. 19. Cut the herbs into fine strips.
  20. 20. Cut the pomegranate in half and tap the seeds out of the skin with a spoon.
  21. 21. Fluff up the couscous with a fork.
  22. 22. Fold in the tomatoes with their juice and the spring onions into the couscous.
  23. 23. Drizzle the salad with olive oil.
  24. 24. Add the chopped herbs.
  25. 25. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  26. 26. Take the chicken out of the oven.
  27. 27. Slice the chicken.
  28. 28. Plate the chicken with the tabouleh salad.
  29. 29. Serve the dish and enjoy your meal.
