- Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
- Paprika, sweet 2 tsp
- Rosemary, dried 1 tsp
- Thyme, crumbled 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 10 g
- Roasted onions 100 g
- Garlic, granulated 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Add sea salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika powder, rosemary, thyme, cane sugar, roasted onions, and garlic powder to the mixing container.
- 2. Grind the spices for 20 seconds on speed 10.
- 3. Fill the finished BBQ rub into dry jars.
