🍽️ Spicy Grill Skewers with Beef and Green Asparagus

Ingredients
- rump steak, seasoned 600 g
- green asparagus 500 g
- onions, red 4 pcs.
- cucumbers 1 pc.
- sea salt pinch
- parsley, fresh 25 g
- garlic cloves 3 pcs.
- sour cream Greek style 300 g
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- pepper, mixed pinch
- flatbread 4 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill.
- 2. Cut the rump steak into cubes of about 3 by 3 centimeters.
- 3. Wash the green asparagus and pat it dry.
- 4. Cut the asparagus into pieces about 4 centimeters long.
- 5. Halve the onions and peel them.
- 6. Cut the onions into wedges.
- 7. Thread the beef, asparagus, and onions onto the skewers as you like.
- 8. Wash the cucumber and cut it in half.
- 9. Scoop out the seeds from the cucumber.
- 10. Grate the cucumber coarsely.
- 11. Place the grated cucumber in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
- 12. Let the cucumber sit for about 10 minutes.
- 13. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 14. Finely chop the parsley.
- 15. Peel the garlic.
- 16. Finely chop the garlic.
- 17. Squeeze the cucumber firmly with your hands to remove the juice.
- 18. Discard the drained juice.
- 19. Mix the yogurt, squeezed cucumber, and garlic in a bowl.
- 20. Add the finely chopped parsley.
- 21. Season the mixture with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 22. Grill the skewers on the hot grill for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- 23. Turn the skewers regularly so they cook evenly on all sides.
- 24. Place the flatbread on the grill about 2 to 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
- 25. Serve the grill skewers with the garlic yogurt and flatbread.
