  2. 2. Cut the rump steak into cubes of about 3 by 3 centimeters.
  3. 3. Wash the green asparagus and pat it dry.
  4. 4. Cut the asparagus into pieces about 4 centimeters long.
  5. 5. Halve the onions and peel them.
  6. 6. Cut the onions into wedges.
  7. 7. Thread the beef, asparagus, and onions onto the skewers as you like.
  8. 8. Wash the cucumber and cut it in half.
  9. 9. Scoop out the seeds from the cucumber.
  10. 10. Grate the cucumber coarsely.
  11. 11. Place the grated cucumber in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
  12. 12. Let the cucumber sit for about 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  14. 14. Finely chop the parsley.
  15. 15. Peel the garlic.
  16. 16. Finely chop the garlic.
  17. 17. Squeeze the cucumber firmly with your hands to remove the juice.
  18. 18. Discard the drained juice.
  19. 19. Mix the yogurt, squeezed cucumber, and garlic in a bowl.
