  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. 3. Cut the potatoes into sticks about 2 centimeters thick.
  4. 4. Peel the carrots.
  5. 5. Trim the ends of the carrots.
  6. 6. Quarter or eighth the carrots lengthwise.
  7. 7. Place the potatoes and carrots in a bowl.
  8. 8. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, salt, and pepper.
  9. 9. Mix the vegetables well with the spices.
  10. 10. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet.
  11. 11. Cook the vegetables in the oven for approx. 25 minutes.
  12. 12. Empty and clean the bowl.
  13. 13. Rinse the bell peppers.
  14. 14. Remove the flesh and seeds from the bell peppers.
  15. 15. Cut the bell peppers into strips.
  16. 16. Rinse the tomatoes.
  17. 17. Cut the roast sausages into thirds.
  18. 18. Thread the peppers, tomatoes, and sausages alternately onto wooden skewers.
  19. 19. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over high heat.
  20. 20. Fry the skewers in the pan for about 5 minutes.
  21. 21. Season the skewers with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
  22. 22. Place the skewers in the oven with the fries.
  23. 23. Cook the skewers for the remaining time.
  24. 24. Rinse the chives.
  25. 25. Shake the chives dry.
  26. 26. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  27. 27. Mix the chives, yogurt, and mustard in the cleaned bowl.
  28. 28. Season the dip with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
  29. 29. Take everything out of the oven.
  30. 30. Arrange the fries on plates.
  31. 31. Place the skewers on the fries.
  32. 32. Serve the dip alongside.
