🍽️ Sausage Goulash

Ingredients
- Shallots 60 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 30 ml
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Tomatoes, pureed 500 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Curry powder 1 tbsp
- Pineapple juice 40 ml
- Bockwurst 400 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallots and cut them in half.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and add it to the mixing container along with the shallots.
- 3. Insert the measuring cup and chop the ingredients for 5 seconds on speed 6.
- 4. Use a spatula to push the pieces down from the sides of the container.
- 5. Add the olive oil.
- 6. Remove the measuring cup and sauté the mixture for 2 minutes on speed 1 at 100 degrees Celsius.
- 7. Add honey, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, puréed tomatoes, two pinches of salt, three pinches of pepper, curry, and pineapple juice to the pot.
- 8. Reinsert the measuring cup and cook the sauce for 15 minutes on speed 2 at 100 degrees Celsius.
- 9. Slice the bockwurst sausages into 1.5 centimeter thick rounds.
- 10. Add the sausage slices to the sauce.
- 11. Cook the sausage for 3 minutes on speed 1 at 100 degrees Celsius using the reverse stirring function.
- 12. Serve the sausage goulash with bread.
