Ingredients
- Bacon 8 slices
- Vienna sausages 8 pcs.
- Mustard 2 tsp
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 1 pc.
- Vine tomatoes 4 pcs.
- Spring onions 1 pc.
- Crème fraîche 100 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sugar pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bacon into three equal strips.
- 2. Brush the sausages thinly with mustard.
- 3. Divide the sausages into three pieces.
- 4. Wrap each sausage piece with a bacon strip.
- 5. Roll out the pizza dough flat.
- 6. Cut the dough into 24 equal rectangles.
- 7. Wrap the bacon sausages in the dough rectangles.
- 8. Place the parcels on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 9. Preheat the oven and bake the sausages for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- 10. Put the tomatoes in a bowl and pour hot water over them.
- 11. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
- 12. Halve the tomatoes and remove the inside.
- 13. Cut the tomato flesh into small pieces.
- 14. Wash the spring onions and dry them.
- 15. Remove the roots from the spring onions.
- 16. Slice the spring onions into rings.
- 17. Mix the tomato sauce with the fresh tomatoes and crème fraîche in a bowl.
- 18. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 19. Garnish the sauce with the spring onion rings.
- 20. Serve the sauce together with the hot sausages.
