  2. 2. Roll out the pizza dough on a work surface.
  3. 3. Spread tomato sauce with a teaspoon as a thin strip along the long edge of the dough.
  4. 4. Place a Vienna sausage on the sauce and roll the dough around it once.
  5. 5. Trim off any excess dough.
  6. 6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 until all sausages are wrapped.
  7. 7. Cut the dough-wrapped sausage rolls into pieces about 5 centimeters long.
  8. 8. Place the pieces side by side in a springform pan.
  9. 9. Season the rolls with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Bake the sausages in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the finished sausages from the oven.
  12. 12. Serve them warm with your favorite dips like ketchup or mayonnaise.
