Ingredients
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 1 pc
- Vienna sausages 8 pc
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Roll out the pizza dough on a work surface.
- 3. Spread tomato sauce with a teaspoon as a thin strip along the long edge of the dough.
- 4. Place a Vienna sausage on the sauce and roll the dough around it once.
- 5. Trim off any excess dough.
- 6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 until all sausages are wrapped.
- 7. Cut the dough-wrapped sausage rolls into pieces about 5 centimeters long.
- 8. Place the pieces side by side in a springform pan.
- 9. Season the rolls with salt and pepper.
- 10. Bake the sausages in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 11. Remove the finished sausages from the oven.
- 12. Serve them warm with your favorite dips like ketchup or mayonnaise.
