  1. 1. In a pan over medium heat, roast cashew nuts without fat for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Then chop and mix in a bowl with cream cheese. Halve the lime, squeeze out the juice and mix it with the cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. 2. Wash the arugula thoroughly and let it drain. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends and slice it lengthwise into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
  3. 3. Heat the pan again with a little oil and sauté the zucchini strips together with the garlic for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and then remove from the pan.
  4. 4. Toast the wraps in the hot pan for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown. Then spread with the cashew cream cheese mixture and top with arugula, zucchini and ham as desired. Roll the wraps tightly and cut diagonally in half, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
