  2. 2. Halve the bell peppers and remove the core and seeds.
  3. 3. Slice the bell pepper flesh into thin strips.
  4. 4. Wash the salad greens thoroughly.
  5. 5. Dry the salad greens, for example using a salad spinner.
  6. 6. Drain the olives in a colander.
  7. 7. Heat a frying pan over high heat.
  8. 8. Warm each wrap in the hot pan for about one minute.
  9. 9. Spread one tablespoon of herb cream cheese onto each warm wrap.
  10. 10. Top the wraps with the dried salad greens.
  11. 11. Distribute the bell pepper slices over the salad.
  12. 12. Place the ham strips on top.
  13. 13. Add the cheese as the final ingredient.
  14. 14. Season the wrap to taste with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Roll the wrap up tightly.
  16. 16. Cut the roll into pieces approximately four centimeters thick.
  17. 17. Thread one olive onto each toothpick.
  18. 18. Pierce a toothpick with an olive through a wrap roll to secure it.
  19. 19. Pack the wrap airtight in a lunchbox.
