🍳 Quick Ham and Cream Cheese Wraps

Ingredients
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- salad mix 150 g
- olives, black 8 pc.
- wraps, whole grain 4 pc.
- herb cream cheese 4 tbsp
- cooked ham 8 slices
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the bell peppers and remove the core and seeds.
- 3. Slice the bell pepper flesh into thin strips.
- 4. Wash the salad greens thoroughly.
- 5. Dry the salad greens, for example using a salad spinner.
- 6. Drain the olives in a colander.
- 7. Heat a frying pan over high heat.
- 8. Warm each wrap in the hot pan for about one minute.
- 9. Spread one tablespoon of herb cream cheese onto each warm wrap.
- 10. Top the wraps with the dried salad greens.
- 11. Distribute the bell pepper slices over the salad.
- 12. Place the ham strips on top.
- 13. Add the cheese as the final ingredient.
- 14. Season the wrap to taste with salt and pepper.
- 15. Roll the wrap up tightly.
- 16. Cut the roll into pieces approximately four centimeters thick.
- 17. Thread one olive onto each toothpick.
- 18. Pierce a toothpick with an olive through a wrap roll to secure it.
- 19. Pack the wrap airtight in a lunchbox.
- 20. Serve the snack immediately for breakfast or for children.
