🍽️ Quick Beef Steak Wraps with Mango and Vegetables

Ingredients
- Beef minute steaks 600 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Sweet paprika Pinch
- Cinnamon Pinch
- Cayenne pepper Pinch
- Red bell pepper 2 pcs
- Spring onions 1 bunch
- Mango 1 pc
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt Pinch
- Black ground pepper Pinch
- Wraps 8 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the thin beef steak under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Mix olive oil, honey, paprika powder, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- 4. Place the meat in the marinade and turn it so it is well coated.
- 5. Rinse the bell pepper under cold water.
- 6. Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise.
- 7. Remove the seeds and the hard core from the bell pepper.
- 8. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 9. Wash the spring onions and pat them dry.
- 10. Cut off the root ends of the spring onions.
- 11. Cut the spring onions into rings about 1 centimeter thick.
- 12. Peel the mango.
- 13. Carefully separate the flesh from the large pit.
- 14. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
- 15. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 16. Fry the meat for about 2 minutes on the first side until golden brown.
- 17. Fry the meat for about 2 minutes on the second side until golden brown.
- 18. Wrap the cooked meat in aluminum foil.
- 19. Set the meat aside to keep it warm.
- 20. Do not clean the pan.
- 21. Heat the same pan again over medium heat.
- 22. Add the bell pepper strips, spring onion rings, and mango cubes to the pan.
- 23. Fry the vegetables and mango for about 2 minutes.
- 24. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 25. Preheat the oven.
- 26. Place the wraps on a baking sheet.
- 27. Warm the wraps in the oven for about 2 minutes.
- 28. Cut the beef steak into thin strips.
- 29. Fill the warm wraps with the steak strips and the vegetable-mango mixture.
- 30. Roll the wraps tightly.
- 31. Serve the wraps immediately.
