  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Mix olive oil, honey, paprika powder, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  4. 4. Place the meat in the marinade and turn it so it is well coated.
  5. 5. Rinse the bell pepper under cold water.
  6. 6. Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise.
  7. 7. Remove the seeds and the hard core from the bell pepper.
  8. 8. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
  9. 9. Wash the spring onions and pat them dry.
  10. 10. Cut off the root ends of the spring onions.
  11. 11. Cut the spring onions into rings about 1 centimeter thick.
  12. 12. Peel the mango.
  13. 13. Carefully separate the flesh from the large pit.
  14. 14. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
  15. 15. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  16. 16. Fry the meat for about 2 minutes on the first side until golden brown.

  28. 28. Cut the beef steak into thin strips.
  29. 29. Fill the warm wraps with the steak strips and the vegetable-mango mixture.
  30. 30. Roll the wraps tightly.
  31. 31. Serve the wraps immediately.
