  3. 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Rinse the meat and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Heat the oil in a pot over high heat.
  6. 6. Sear the meat vigorously for about 7 minutes.
  7. 7. Season the meat with salt, cinnamon, and chili.
  8. 8. Add the white spring onion rings and the chopped garlic.
  9. 9. Sauté the vegetables for 1 to 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Deglaze the mixture with the tomatoes and 200 milliliters of broth.
  11. 11. Simmer the goulash covered for about 70 minutes.
  12. 12. Add more broth if necessary during cooking.
  13. 13. Check if the meat is tender and can be easily cut apart with a cooking spoon.
  14. 14. Let the goulash reduce uncovered for about 5 minutes.
  15. 15. Stir frequently until the sauce becomes thick.
  16. 16. Season the mole sauce with chocolate, salt, and pepper.
  17. 17. Heat the wraps in a pan over medium heat without fat.
  18. 18. Turn the wraps after about 1 minute until they are pliable.
  19. 19. Spread the goulash over the wraps.
  20. 20. Sprinkle the green spring onion rings over the goulash.
  21. 21. Roll the wraps tightly.
