  1. 1. Rinse the chicken meat under cold water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the meat into approx. 2 cm cubes.
  3. 3. Place the chicken cubes in a bowl.
  4. 4. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Mix everything well so that the meat is evenly seasoned.
  6. 6. Set the marinated chicken pieces aside.
  7. 7. Remove the hard stems from the romaine lettuce.
  8. 8. Cut the lettuce leaves crosswise into approx. 0.5 cm wide strips.
  9. 9. Rinse the lettuce strips thoroughly.
  10. 10. Spin the lettuce dry in a salad spinner.
  11. 11. Place the corn in a sieve and let it drain.
  12. 12. Wipe the mushrooms clean with a kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Cut the mushrooms into eighths.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 50 °C fan-assisted.
  15. 15. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  16. 16. Fry the chicken pieces all around for 2 to 3 minutes.
  17. 17. Remove the meat from the pan and place it on a plate.
  18. 18. Add another 2 tablespoons of oil to the same hot pan.
  19. 19. Fry the mushrooms for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown.
  20. 20. Add the chicken meat back to the pan with the mushrooms.
  21. 21. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
  22. 22. Place the wraps in the oven for approx. 3 minutes to warm them up.
  23. 23. Place the chicken-mushroom mixture in a large bowl.
  24. 24. Add the dry romaine lettuce.
  25. 25. Add the drained corn.
  26. 26. Add mustard.
  27. 27. Mix all ingredients for the filling well together.
  28. 28. Remove the warm wraps from the oven.
  29. 29. Distribute the filling evenly in the center of each wrap.
  30. 30. Fold the sides of the wraps inwards.
  31. 31. Roll the wraps tightly from bottom to top.
  32. 32. Plate the remaining filling remnants as a side salad.
  33. 33. Place the finished wraps on plates.
  34. 34. Serve the wraps with the side salad.
