  3. 3. Separate the eggs so you have egg whites and egg yolks in separate bowls.
  4. 4. Place the egg whites into the mixing bowl of your appliance.
  5. 5. Attach the whisking accessory.
  6. 6. Whip the egg whites on speed 4 for 4 minutes until stiff.
  7. 7. Gently transfer the stiff egg whites into a clean, large bowl.
  8. 8. Add all remaining ingredients and the egg yolks into the empty mixing bowl.
  9. 9. Mix this mixture for 30 seconds on speed 3.
  10. 10. Pour the egg yolk mixture into the bowl with the egg whites.
  11. 11. Fold in one-third of the egg whites using a spatula.
  12. 12. Gently fold in the remaining egg whites until no white streaks are visible.
  13. 13. Divide the batter into four equal portions.
  14. 14. Shape the portions into slightly oval flatbreads on the baking tray.
  15. 15. Gently flatten the breads slightly.
  16. 16. Bake the flatbreads for about 25 minutes on the middle rack.
