Ingredients
- eggs 3 pcs
- cream cheese, plain 100 g
- baking powder 0.5 tsp
- honey 1 tbsp
- Provence herbs, dried 1 tsp
- sea salt 0.5 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Separate the eggs so you have egg whites and egg yolks in separate bowls.
- 4. Place the egg whites into the mixing bowl of your appliance.
- 5. Attach the whisking accessory.
- 6. Whip the egg whites on speed 4 for 4 minutes until stiff.
- 7. Gently transfer the stiff egg whites into a clean, large bowl.
- 8. Add all remaining ingredients and the egg yolks into the empty mixing bowl.
- 9. Mix this mixture for 30 seconds on speed 3.
- 10. Pour the egg yolk mixture into the bowl with the egg whites.
- 11. Fold in one-third of the egg whites using a spatula.
- 12. Gently fold in the remaining egg whites until no white streaks are visible.
- 13. Divide the batter into four equal portions.
- 14. Shape the portions into slightly oval flatbreads on the baking tray.
- 15. Gently flatten the breads slightly.
- 16. Bake the flatbreads for about 25 minutes on the middle rack.
