Ingredients
- Eggs 12 pcs.
- Cream cheese, plain 400 g
- Baking powder 0.5 packet
- Salt pinch
- Oil for greasing 2 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150 °C (top/bottom heat). Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks together with the cream cheese in a bowl using a hand mixer until creamy. Gradually add the baking powder.
- 2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, about 5 minutes. Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk-cream cheese mixture using a whisk.
- 3. Brush baking paper with 1 tsp of oil each. Using a tablespoon, portion the batter onto 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper into portions about 5 cm in size. Bake the cloud bread in the oven for approx. 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool briefly, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
