  4. 4. Remove the leaves, place them in a colander, and rinse them with cold water.
  5. 5. Let the leaves drain well and trim the thick central ribs if necessary.
  6. 6. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel and cut them into cubes.
  7. 7. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the mushroom cubes for about 4 minutes.
  8. 8. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper and let them cool down.
  9. 9. In a bowl, mix the cooled mushrooms with the minced meat, the egg, and the breadcrumbs.
