  2. 2. Cut the potato into cubes of about 2 cm.
  3. 3. Halve the savoy cabbage and remove the hard core.
  4. 4. Cut the savoy cabbage into strips of about 2 cm width.
  5. 5. Place the savoy cabbage strips into the deep steam cooking insert.
  6. 6. Halve the onion and peel it.
  7. 7. Put the parmesan into the mixing bowl.
  8. 8. Grind the parmesan for 10 seconds on speed 10.
  9. 9. Transfer the ground parmesan into a bowl and set it aside.
  10. 10. Put the minced meat into the mixing bowl.
  11. 11. Add the breadcrumbs to the mixing bowl.
  12. 12. Add salt and pepper to the mixing bowl.
  13. 13. Mix the ingredients for 30 seconds on speed 3.
  14. 14. Transfer the minced meat mixture into a bowl.
  15. 15. Chill the minced meat mixture.
  16. 16. Insert the cooking insert into the mixing bowl.
  17. 17. Put the potato cubes into the cooking insert.
  18. 18. Fill 600 ml of water into the mixing bowl.
  19. 19. Place the deep steam cooking insert on top of the mixing bowl.
  20. 20. Close the steam cooking insert.
  21. 21. Steam the potatoes for 20 minutes on the steam cooking setting.
  22. 22. Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.

  25. 25. Put the onion into the mixing bowl.
  26. 26. Grind the onion for 4 seconds on speed 8.
  27. 27. Push the onion down with the spatula.

  30. 30. Melt the butter and flour for 2 minutes at 100 °C on speed 1.

  35. 35. Add a pinch of nutmeg to the mixing bowl.
  36. 36. Bring the sauce to a boil for 5 minutes at 100 °C on speed 2.
  37. 37. Mix the savoy cabbage and potatoes in a baking dish.
  38. 38. Place the minced meat in coarse pieces over the casserole.
  39. 39. Pour the finished béchamel sauce over the casserole.
  40. 40. Sprinkle the casserole with the parmesan.
  41. 41. Bake the casserole for approx. 25 minutes in the oven.
  42. 42. Carefully remove the finished savoy cabbage casserole from the oven.
  43. 43. Serve the casserole.
