Ingredients
- Grapefruit 2 pcs.
- Savoy cabbage 1 pc.
- Red onions 2 pcs.
- Ginger, fresh 25 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper, black ground 1 pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel the grapefruits completely using a sharp knife. Remove the white pith as well.
- 2. Make V-shaped cuts in the fruit. Cut the segments out of the membranes. Catch the juice in the process.
- 3. Rinse the savoy cabbage thoroughly.
- 4. Cut out the hard core from the savoy cabbage.
- 5. Cut the savoy cabbage into thin strips.
- 6. Halve the onions.
- 7. Peel the onions.
- 8. Cut the onions into strips.
- 9. Peel the ginger.
- 10. Finely chop the ginger.
- 11. Heat the oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
- 12. Add the savoy cabbage to the pan.
- 13. Sauté the savoy cabbage for about 3 to 4 minutes while stirring, until it wilts.
- 14. Add the ginger and onions.
- 15. Sauté the ingredients for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- 16. Deglaze the pan with the collected grapefruit juice.
- 17. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
- 18. Cover the pan.
- 19. Let the vegetables cook for about 5 to 8 minutes.
- 20. Add the grapefruit fillets.
- 21. Warm the grapefruit for about 2 minutes.
- 22. Plate the savoy cabbage together with the grapefruit.
- 23. Serve the dish.
