  2. 2. Make V-shaped cuts in the fruit. Cut the segments out of the membranes. Catch the juice in the process.
  3. 3. Rinse the savoy cabbage thoroughly.
  4. 4. Cut out the hard core from the savoy cabbage.
  5. 5. Cut the savoy cabbage into thin strips.
  6. 6. Halve the onions.
  7. 7. Peel the onions.
  8. 8. Cut the onions into strips.
  9. 9. Peel the ginger.
  10. 10. Finely chop the ginger.
  11. 11. Heat the oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
  12. 12. Add the savoy cabbage to the pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the savoy cabbage for about 3 to 4 minutes while stirring, until it wilts.
  14. 14. Add the ginger and onions.
  15. 15. Sauté the ingredients for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  16. 16. Deglaze the pan with the collected grapefruit juice.
  17. 17. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Cover the pan.
  19. 19. Let the vegetables cook for about 5 to 8 minutes.
  20. 20. Add the grapefruit fillets.
  21. 21. Warm the grapefruit for about 2 minutes.
  22. 22. Plate the savoy cabbage together with the grapefruit.
  23. 23. Serve the dish.
