  1. 1. Cut the savoy cabbage in half and remove the hard core. Wash the vegetable thoroughly.
  2. 2. Peel the potatoes and wash them. Cut them into cubes of about 2 cm.
  3. 3. Peel the carrots and remove the ends. Cut them into cubes as well.
  4. 4. Cut the onion in half and remove the outer layers.
  5. 5. Wash the parsley and shake off excess water. Remove the thick stems.
  6. 6. Put the parsley into the mixing container. Chop it for 5 seconds on speed 10.
  7. 7. Transfer the chopped parsley into a separate bowl and set it aside.
  8. 8. Put the savoy cabbage into the mixing container. Chop it for 15 seconds on speed 5.
  9. 9. Transfer the chopped cabbage into a bowl.
  10. 10. Put the onion into the mixing container. Chop it for 4 seconds on speed 8.
  11. 11. Add the oil and the minced meat to the pot. Fry the onions and meat for 7 minutes on the sauté setting.
  12. 12. Add the cabbage, potatoes, carrots, vegetable broth, 1 teaspoon of salt, and thyme.
  13. 13. Let the stew cook for 30 minutes on speed 1 and 100 °C in counter-clockwise mode.
  14. 14. Finally, season the stew with salt and pepper to taste.
  15. 15. Serve the stew garnished with the fresh parsley.
