🍲 Hearty Savoy Cabbage Stew with Minced Meat

Ingredients
- Savoy cabbage 500 g
- Potatoes, waxy 400 g
- Carrots 200 g
- Onions, yellow 1 pc
- Parsley, fresh 10 g
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Pork mince 400 g
- Vegetable broth 1 L
- Salt 1 tsp
- Thyme, ground 0.5 tsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the savoy cabbage in half and remove the hard core. Wash the vegetable thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the potatoes and wash them. Cut them into cubes of about 2 cm.
- 3. Peel the carrots and remove the ends. Cut them into cubes as well.
- 4. Cut the onion in half and remove the outer layers.
- 5. Wash the parsley and shake off excess water. Remove the thick stems.
- 6. Put the parsley into the mixing container. Chop it for 5 seconds on speed 10.
- 7. Transfer the chopped parsley into a separate bowl and set it aside.
- 8. Put the savoy cabbage into the mixing container. Chop it for 15 seconds on speed 5.
- 9. Transfer the chopped cabbage into a bowl.
- 10. Put the onion into the mixing container. Chop it for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 11. Add the oil and the minced meat to the pot. Fry the onions and meat for 7 minutes on the sauté setting.
- 12. Add the cabbage, potatoes, carrots, vegetable broth, 1 teaspoon of salt, and thyme.
- 13. Let the stew cook for 30 minutes on speed 1 and 100 °C in counter-clockwise mode.
- 14. Finally, season the stew with salt and pepper to taste.
- 15. Serve the stew garnished with the fresh parsley.
