🍽️ Autumn Salad with Ham and Cranberry Dressing

Ingredients
- Valerian 150 g
- Apples, red 2 pcs.
- Macadamia nuts in caramel with honey 4 tbsp
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Cranberries 3 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Serrano ham 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the corn salad thoroughly.
- 2. Let the corn salad drain well in a sieve.
- 3. Wash the apples.
- 4. Slice the apples into thin rounds.
- 5. Remove the core and seeds from the center of the apple slices.
- 6. Roughly chop the macadamia nuts.
- 7. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 8. Fry the apple slices for about three minutes on both sides.
- 9. Put three teaspoons of cranberries into a bowl.
- 10. Add two tablespoons of olive oil.
- 11. Add two tablespoons of vinegar.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 13. Stir everything well to mix the dressing.
- 14. Finally, taste the dressing to adjust the flavor.
- 15. Place the corn salad on a plate.
- 16. Distribute the fried apple slices on the salad.
- 17. Add the ham.
- 18. Sprinkle the chopped macadamia nuts over it.
- 19. Drizzle the cranberry dressing over the salad.
- 20. Serve the salad immediately.
