🍽️ Winter Salad with Fresh Apples

Ingredients
- valerian 250 g
- apples, red 1 pc
- beetroot, pre-cooked 250 g
- walnut kernels 4 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- balsamic vinegar, dark 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash lamb's lettuce thoroughly, tear into small pieces if necessary, and let it drain. Rinse the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and slice or shave it into thin pieces. Drain the beetroot, catching the juice, and slice or shave it thinly as well.
- 2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Toast the walnuts without any fat for about 2 minutes. Then chop the walnuts coarsely.
- 3. In a bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of beetroot juice with mustard, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Combine everything with the dressing and plate the winter salad. Enjoy your meal!
