🍽️ Winter Salad with Croutons

Ingredients
- Valerian 150 g
- Radicchio 1 pc.
- Pomegranate 1 pc.
- Toast bread 4 slices
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Herbs of Provence, dried pinch
- Honey 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Serrano ham 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the valerian thoroughly and drain. Quarter the radicchio, remove the core and cut into thin strips. Wash this too. Halve the pomegranate and release the seeds from the shell by tapping with a spoon. Remove the crusts from the toast bread and cut into cubes.
- 2. Melt the butter in a pan over high heat and toast the toast bread cubes for about 2 minutes on all sides until golden brown. Season with salt and herbs of Provence and drain on kitchen paper.
- 3. Whisk honey, mustard, vinegar and oil well together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix all ingredients with the dressing. Arrange the winter salad with the bread croutons on plates and serve with Serrano ham. Enjoy your meal!
